Stupid Stupid CIMB Bank

stupid stupid very stupid
the CIMB Bank at the Curve
everytime like tat....
i go there 3 times....

the 1st time...
i go to CIMB ...
i said "i want open SSPN n savimg acc"
the serves of the bank said that no need open saving acc....
can just open SSPN only
i asked "is it?"
then i believed them...
back to coll....
i ask the ptptn courter....
she answered me
"cant.......must has a saving acc"

the 2nd time
coll said must open the CIMB acc
n also can
show the offer letter n open a RM20 saving account.
then.........
i show it......
the bank's people said "the agreement is finished, so cant"them they tranfer my acc to islamic.....
i ask them,
izit can use....
she said:"of course can, more of my coll student opened this accc"
i believed u
finished all the thing...
finally i get the acc book of islamic...
i just walk out d bank....
then i saw my friendsmy friends told me that the coll is not acept the islamic acc.
bt nvm,
i back to coll 1st n ask clearly
the answer is "..............not........."

the 3rd time,

i going
i said "i want open a saving acc...".
n
i need the book
them submit all my information to them.....
finally ,
they give me a card....
i asked that why is a card, i need the book
they answed me that they do something wrong, bt the card also can use......
she also ask me go to CIMB network n submit some information
back home
i tried 2 times....
bt can submit...
nvm ,
i think is my network promblem
after few day...
i tried again around 5 times.....
my sis help me submit a few times as well......
the answered is " cant submit"!!!!!!!!!!
u see...theCIMB Bank is it stupid n unuse.....?
